Hazel Dunsmuir – Manager

Hazel Dunsmuir is the Manager of Roselea House.
Hazel is a Registered General Nurse with over 20 years experience caring for older people, both within the acute hospital setting, as well as within the Care Home setting and was a Care Home Manager for five years prior to joining the Kingdom Homes organisation. Latterly Hazel has been one of the trainers within SMART Training, Kingdom Homes in house training division who also provide specialist training courses to other organisations within the care industry. Hazel has always recognised the need for skilled and knowledgeable staff within the care home environment. Her area of expertise is clinical practise development and she is a qualified assessor in Health & Social Care.
Having spent time training in London with Alzheimers Society of Great Britain, Hazel's vision for Roselea House is to provide the residents with a stimulating environment where they are encouraged to participate in household chores with support and supervision by trained staff within a risk rated environment.
